Submit a building permit application to the Amirat Al-Hojjaj Municipality

- That the citizen is the owner
of the land intended for construction
- That this land comes from an approved subdivision
and that its nature does not conflict
with the designation specified in the urban development plan
- Comply with the regulations in force
regarding the protection of agricultural land,
antiquities, historical monuments,
natural and urban sites, as well as protected areas
1- A request on plain paper signed by the permit applicant
2- A copy of the national identity card
3- A title deed, a property judgment, or any other equivalent document
4- A technical information sheet prepared and signed by the architect
5- The construction project (five copies)
6- A land title in the form of a certificate of ownership
7- A classification decision if the land intended for construction is adjacent to the public road domain, the public railway domain, or any component of the public water domain
8- A receipt of submission of the declaration for personal income tax or corporate tax
9- A clearance certificate proving payment of municipal taxes imposed on all properties within the municipal area
10- Two stamped envelopes with the address
11- A request for temporary occupation of the public road signed by the concerned party
- Receipt of the file
- Review of the file and conducting the on-site inspection
- Delivery of the permit to the citizen
- Within 21 days from the date of file submission
- 60 days if the construction is located in an area where the development plan is being prepared
- Within 90 days if the construction is within 200 meters of protected natural, cultural, archaeological, or historical sites

- No changes are to be made to the building covered by the permit
- The extension request must reach the municipality at least one month before the expiration date of the building permit in question
- If the request is submitted after the specified deadlines, it will be considered a new application for a building permit
1- A request on plain paper signed by the applicant, mentioning the references related to the construction project
2- A copy of the previous building permit
3- A certificate of clearance for the payment of municipal taxes levied on all properties within the municipal area
- Receipt of the file
- Review of the file and conducting the on-site inspection
- Delivery of the permit to the citizen
