Pursuant to Decree No. 41 of 2011 dated May 26, 2011, relating to access to administrative documents of public bodies, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 54 of 2011 dated June 11, 2011, every natural or legal person has the right to access administrative documents, whether by disclosing them at the initiative of the public body or upon request from the person concerned, taking into account the exceptions stipulated in this decree.
